Job Description

We have the pleasure of working with a medium sized well known business in Hadleigh who are looking for an on-going strong administrator ideally with experience with SAGE.  You will be involved with the following duties:
Assisting with the office telephone
Liaising with colleagues internally ensuring all messages have been passed on
Entering purchase invoices on to SAGE
Matching purchase invoices to delivery notes
Produce customer invoices and files
Filing invoices and customer documents
General office ad-hoc administration
This role is on-going an d definitely until Christmas and MAY lead to a permanent role!  The hours are 09.00 – 17.00 (35 hours a week) with an hour for lunch.
We are looking for a smart and experienced administration professional with a nice flexible working attitude.
