Welcome to Staffbank Recruitment.

We have the pleasure of working with our client based in Felixstowe who are looking for a temp to perm Logistics Administrator.

You will be involved in the following duties:

  • Destin8 releasing tracking and inquiries
  • Using the VBS system
  • Daily use of Excel – must feel competent with this
  • Dealing with transport deliveries and paperwork
  • Comfortable dealing with customers, colleagues and drivers
  • Truckcom would be an advantage

For this role it is essential you have logistics admin experience, as this is a busy department where you will hit the ground running and play an integral part of the team. You will need to have super communications skills and the confidence to be able to trouble shoot, query and resolve where necessary. The hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 09.00 – 17.00 non-negotiable.
