Welcome to Staffbank Recruitment.

 

We are delighted to be working in alliance with a large UK based holiday company in Lowestoft who are growing massively due to Covid and limited holidays abroad.

 

We are looking to recruit candidates that are available immediately, have flair and a desire to succeed in customer services along with the attitude for a long term career in this industry sector.  Although this role is initially temporary, IF you prove yourself and have the correct attributes our client is looking to take people on permanently.  Additionally there is room to progress and grow for ambitious individuals.

 

You will be involved in the following duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Dealing with inbound calls from existing bookings
  • Process customer payments
  • Deal with queries on current bookings
  • High volume inbound calls
  • Offer superb customer services at all times
  • Hours:  40 per week with various shifts spread over 5 days (including weekends – every other).  Hours vary between 08.30 – 21.00
  • Initially 2/3 months on a temporary contract – may lead to permanent work

Ideally you will have proven customer service skills in a similar role, however for the right person and attitude they are willing to train.
