We have the pleasure of working with a reliable, well-established local business who are looking for Mail Order Operations Support.

This role is based in South Lowestoft, is a full-time position- 40 hours a week and will require flexibility during the company’s peak trading season as starts as early as 6:30 and working weekends may be required.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse operations, including such things as prepacking, picking and packing of orders, matching despatch capacity and demand and also, monitoring despatch productivity.

Other Duties Include:

  • Assisting with the management of couriers
  • Assist with the despatching of B2B orders
  • Planning all transport deliveries
  • Updating monthly reports for Carrier and Warehouse Performance

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • The ability to communicate and influence clearly
  • Good knowledge of warehouse ICT systems and home delivery background
  • Team working skills
  • Flexibility and be receptive to change
  • Ability to work accurately to time scales
