I am working with a well-established manufacturer in the area who require a production administrator to assist with all areas of order taking, account management, production and logistics. This is a very varied role and you will be working in a great team!


This is either a permanent or a temporary to permanent position!


Main Duties:

  • Answer the phone professionally
  • Log and respond to all new enquires – emails to be answered within a few hours
  • Send out any samples/packs – to go the day received
  • Put all details into CRM
  • Follow up pack email/phone calls
  • Contact customers at 6-month intervals when quieter to see if they require any assistance
  • Think about creative sales ideas
  • Create marketing email lists using CRM
  • Respond to Facebook enquiries and messages
  • Order existing stationery for the office – order forms/pricelists/layout sheets etc

It will also incorporate some of the below in time:


Production & Existing Customer Care:

  • order inputting
  • Ordering of stock
  • Order bulk packaging
  • Ordering of screen-printing products
  • Order factory consumable’s
  • Purchase invoices
  • Sign off all screen printing
  • Chase suppliers for out of house screen print & digital jobs
  • Despatch
  • Invoicing
  • Follow up order emails & calls
  • Credit notes

You must have the following to be considered for this role:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • The ability to multi-task under pressure
