We have the pleasure of working with a local and prestigious manufacturing company who are based on the outskirts of Ipswich who are looking to recruit a Sales Administration Co-ordinator on a permanent basis.


You will be based in a very busy and fast paced team who are very customer focused and sales orientated – therefore you will need to be able to think on your feet and enjoy a buzzy environment!  The main purpose of the role will be to process sales and purchase orders, whilst liaising with transport companies and customers to organise deliveries to tight deadlines.  You will need to have the ability to think on your feet and problem solve whilst maintaining a professional and diplomatic attitude to customers and clients at all times.  You will be involved in the following duties/responsibilities:


  • Sales and purchase ordering processing
  • Preparing quotations
  • Invoicing
  • Data input
  • Liaise with warehouse and customers
  • Checking and monitoring stock levels
  • Schedule and organise deliveries
  • Producing spreadsheets
  • All general administration


Please only apply if you have solid administration experience with a real flair for customer services.  You will need to be competent with Excel, and all other Microsoft packages.
