Welcome to Staffbank Recruitment.

We are currently working with our manufacturing client who are based on the outskirts of Ipswich who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator.

You will be working in an upbeat sales environment but dealing with all inbound queries and orders, preparing sales paperwork, maintaining company social media profile.  You will be involved in the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Taking and processing sales orders, via phone and email
  • Dealing and responding to customer orders
  • Monitoring and replying to new sales enquiries.  Building new customer relationships and obtaining and reporting feedback relevant for the business
  • Running company website, facebook and Instagram pages.  Updating product information
  • Raising invoices and processing orders on internal IT systems – accurate data entry
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Liaison with couriers for products ready for dispatch – obtaining quotes and collections
  • Participating in company exhibitions (both UK and overseas)
  • Ad-hoc administration

For this role it is essential you have an upbeat, bright and strong personality with excellent communication skills.  You will need to have a very good customer service attitude and maintain excellent standards consistently.
