Job Description:
My Client who are market leaders in their field and who recently won awards for Best Business of the Year are seeking candidates to enhance their Call Centre/Customer Service departments. The function of the role is to provide the best service and after service to their Clients along with providing an outstanding admin function. Main duties will be to recieve and react to reciept of orders, taking payments over the telephone,following through to the despatch department, and assisting with general enquiries. Your role will require you to deal with customers over the telephone, so a confident, concise telephone manner is paramount. You must be computer literate, although my Client operates through their bespoke computer package, to which full training will be given. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
