Job Description:
My Client based in Lowestoft are seeking an additional member to work within their Commercial Advice Team. Duties will include, but will not be restricted to:- Assist with the preparation of tenders and quotations, ensuring they are compliant with Customers Specs and deadlines. Assist and advise PM on all aspects of tender submission and contract admin/management. Assist in the creation of Sub Contract Aggreements and Studentship Agreements. Manage the Sub Contract payment scheudles to ensure timely payments of invoice. Preparing of financial cost statements to customers. Liasing with PM and customers over status of projects and follow up of sucessful bids. Inputting of contract data. Raise Purchase Orders, open and close contract files manually and electronically for new and completed projects. It is essential that you have the following criteria:- Have academic qualifications preferably up to HND degree in business administration. Experience of financial work and be computer literate in MS packages especially in the retrieval and storage of data. Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines. You must be an excellent communicator and have experience of dealing with customers by telephone and email. Be organised and able to prioritise your workload effectively. This position is for 5 months and full time hours.

Job Description:
My Client with Offices across the UK are seeking an additional member to compliment their Project Support Team. The main function of the role is to ensure that all written reports are delivered on time and to a high standard. Your duties will include but will not be restricted to the following:- Collating together individual components to create reports, ensuring accuracy and intelligibility. Proof reading/copy editing for consistence, understanding, spelling, grammar and layout. Liasing with authors, printers and external proof readers by telephone and by email. Chasing project personnel to ensure that they deliver their draft reports effectively and efficiently. Ensuring all records or progress are kept with regards to deadlines etc. Other duties will include:- Organising of meetings and coordinating travel arrangements, Any other general administration duties and required. It is essential that you have a good standard of education (minimum 2 "A" levels). Have an excellent standard of English. Be proficient in MS Packages (MS Word, XL, Outlook and the Web). Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with both colleagues, management and suppliers. Able to work on your own initiative and at times without direct supervision. Hours of Work are Monday to Friday 37.50 per week. This position is of a temporary but on-going nature.

Our Client is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join their Commercial Advice Team. As part of the team you will be responsible for the bid management and preparation of tenders and quotations for new contracts for portfolios of which demonstrable experience is required. You must have a background with the Environmental, Government or Commercial contracting. As part of the team, you will take responsibility for bid managing contract tenders and quotes, ensuring that bids are submitted accurately and timely to meet tender spec's and deadlines. You will be required to add value to the tender and quotation process through ensuring adequate challenge to risk and costing assumptions.
