My Client based on the outskirts of Halesworth are currently seeking a Line Supervisor in a trainee capacity.
Your role will be to supervise and manage the existing staff and Agency workers in your department to maximise productivity ensuring any issues are dealt within an appropriate and professional way.
You will be responsible for day to day production activities to ensure schedules are produced on time, ensure the companies H & S procedures are carried out effectively, perform inductions and at times assist within the production areas.
Other duties will be to ensure that the lines are kept running to their clients specs to prevent downtime and schedule delays.
It is essential that you are a people person who strives to achieve set goals, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate and able to problem solve.
This position is of a Temporary to Permanent nature with hours Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
