We are delighted to be working with a local corporate manufacturer who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their busy team based on the outskirts Ipswich.

The sales team is a central hub within the business and you will be involved in the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Dealing with sales orders
  • Raising quotes
  • Invoicing
  • Raising PO’s
  • Customer service:  dealing with warehousing & haulage
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • All general ad-hoc administration

For this role you need to have the following experience:

  • Order processing
  • Ideally logistics/transport background or experience
  • Advanced Excel/Word/Access
  • Super all-round communicator

The hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00.
