We have the pleasure of working with a small business based in Leiston who are looking for a Sales, Service and Customer Service Assistant.
Initially the role is offered on a a part-time basis with the possibly of leading to a full-time position. Working hours: Monday – Wednesday 8:30am – 5pm.
You will need to have an analytical approach with the confidence to input and develop ideas. Not afraid to ask questions, keen to take on responsibility and be flexible to take on a variety of tasks. You will also need a good level of creativity, presentational and organisational skills.
The role involves providing sales, customer service, marketing, and administrative support for a small friendly office. Duties include working closely with suppliers, raising customer quotations, dealing with customer complaints, monitoring market trends, market research and competitor activities, assist in developing sales strategies, prepare new marketing projects/mail shots, telesales, attending exhibitions and conferences, management of social media platforms and general maintenance of website.
